July: Established Headspring Inc. with capital of 20.14 million yen in the Shinagawa Ward Founding Support Center
December: Loan from Japan Finance Corporation with a capital loan (30 million yen)

2015

October: Increased capital to 95.74 million yen (paid-in capital: 171.34 million yen) Started sales of circuit blocks with SiC power devices
December: Established HS Energytec Inc. Established LivLx Inc.

2016

June: Adopted as “FY2015 revised manufacturing/ commerce/ service new development support subsidy”
